About Me
My why
I decided become a therapist to give to others what my past therapists gave to me: A safe space to share hurt and vulnerabilities; An understanding of the patterns that are keeping things stuck; The skills needed to begin to change and the confidence to do it.
I won’t be the right therapist for everyone, and that’s okay. But I can be the right therapist for some, and I think that’s really important.
